Well, in fact I meant it to be real aggressive, and I am fairly certain, based on the in-my-face confrontation that I got the next Monday morning, that it was taken that way. Now that I've finally gotten my inbox cleaned out from Karen's messages, it's now flooded with complaints about Karen's messages.
