One has to have the full blown registered version to have this functionality
with the Quick Time player. The free version doesn't allow that, at least on
the version I have.

Charles,
Because it's a tiff most browsers won't display it natively. If you load
Apple's Quicktime as a plugin it might. The file is meant to be "right"
clicked and saved. I'm not sure how one does this on a Mac though (Opt key
perhaps).
