This would be interesting to track--being that I live in a dry climate and you don't, then you must really struggle with this?

My problem appears to be trapped moisture exacerbating the Newton Rings.
This is after throwing on some heavy-duty UV goggles and staring at the
print during exposure, marking locations of interference, and a final
inspection after development.
