The ³Europalia² festival was created in Brussels in 1969. The main
goal of the event was to enhance the culture of the different member
states of the European Community. by organizing a biennal Arts and
Culture festival in the heart of Europe. Since 1998 Europalia is
organized annualy. This year, for the first time, Europalia invites
all 27 states of the European Community to participate in its unique
festival from october 2007 to february 2008.
During this period, Atelier pH7 plans to organize a series of
photographic shows of *alternative photographic work* by artists from
