BTW, there is a new book on Woodburytype out just now, and the author is going to speak at APIS. This is hot off the press from Dick Sullivan.

I though Dick posted the information here, maybe it was just on the carbon list?

No, this is not a late May April fool joke!!

Jack,
Reading the info, which  I have, I am inclined to agree. But I would bet my bottom dollar that Dick Sullivan would have a damned good try. Its certainly not a process that one could carry out in your kitchen or bathroom unless you were looking for grounds for a divorce.  The  Direct Carbon process, however,  is and that's why I think it will gain  many followers from the up and coming creative  generations of young photo artists who are already becoming bored with pressing buttons.

I really do not get the impression that Luis Nadeau is trying to revive the Fresson / DC process but  I think he would like to get it off his hands to someone who would  hope  to use it in the same secretive way that Fressons themselves use their own D / C process.

So, why not, let's big it up so that it will, finally,  fetch a higher price from the funny money people who are always on the lookout for new / old things which they are conviced by shillabers they should buy  if they want to keep up with the Joneses.

I must ask Tracey Emin's opinion on all this when I see her at her favourite pub in Shoreditch when she's back from the Venice Biennale.
