I have a friend who was suspended from EPay with over 30 auctions in
progress.................. He was selling  historic  WWII Nazi
paraphernalia.......They would not reinstate him....They would not refund
his auctions listing fees either.......

You need to verify that you were actually dealing with Ebay and if so then
write them a letter........They can be jackasses.......
