I believe there is a de minimis threshold below which ingredients need not be stated, and the threshold may vary based on the product and its intended uses and the particular adulterant. The adulterants in rubbing alcohol are below this limit (but not so low that they aren't readily apparent if one uses rubbing alcohol to clean coated lenses, or for some other purposes). Whether they would interfere with albumen printing is an open question, as far as I know.
