It's calld Ole no Moire, and it used to come in older installs of Photoshop. I just searched on my Mac and it's no longer availabe, AFAICT. I did a fast search on Google and learned that it comes on the CD, but it's not automatically installed:<http://www.gballard.net/nca.html> . BTW, the person shown on the picture, although looks like, is not Carmen Miranda, but someone with a similar outfit.
