Re: Stouffer 21 Step Wedges in Europe

Jalo,

When I bought my Stouffer Step wedges some years ago (after reading a very convincing article by Judy Seigel on the way to use them in Post Factory Journal # 1, p33 ++   ), I searched for an European supplier but could not find one.
So, i ordered directly to Stouffer on the net  at www.stouffer.net
And I had very good surprises : people there were deliciously kind and , above all, the shipping charges for Europe are very cheap since their products have litterally no weight and can be safely packed in a normal format cardboard envelope !

So, these Stouffer step wedges  (plural, since I followed Judy's advice to have several at hands for testing) have been one of my best purchases  considered for the "return on investment" : cheap products helping to save plenty of time, energies and money !
Cheers from France,

Bogdan,

I am not sure what a circular step wedge is. Are you talking about the
project print scale that you lay on your print when your make enlargement?
The concept is about the same as the 21 step wedge, but the step wedge is
small and can be put on the side of a print when you make the print.

I think someone from Stouffer used to be on the list. I am not sure if he
still is. Anyway, you can find Stouffer product from
www.stouffer.net

and look under the transmission step wedges.
