Probably the place where Rhum Barbancourt is made. Perhaps,
place where you always need at least two sets of shoes so that
you can wash one every night. Perhaps, place where people
demanded their political leaders to step down to take
responsibility for the rising food cost. Perhaps, place where
you need to rent a donkey to go home when rain makes driving
unsafe.  Perhaps, place where there is no published map
because road changes every time it rains. Perhaps, place where
the national food is pickled cabbage with hot sauce.
