In the past there have been adapters that slip into a camera shoe (hot
or non-hot) providing 1/4-20 female threads. I'm now having trouble
finding such adapters. Note: no electrical connections are needed; I
just want a simply way to get female tripod threads (the smaller 1/4"
version) on top of the camera.
