BTW, please note that we don't have a region called "Kurdistan" in Turkey.
The region which Diyarbakir is located is called "Guneydogu Anadolu" which
literally means "Southeast Anatolia". It's one of the 7 regions of Turkey.

Another note: The sign says KOSGEB - a government agency tied to Ministry
of Industry and Commerce -  which is the short form of "Agency for
Establishing and Supporting Industry for Small and Medium Sized
Businesses".
