Bob,

I won't mix my magic brushes for pt/pd with anything else if for no
other reason than the high cost of the brush and pt/pd materials.
Cyanotype is such a cheap process in terms of chemistry I've just
always used a cheap hake brush because I don't need the magic
qualities of the magic brush (uses less sensitizer).
