Body balance

These are great, Eric, but the one they seemed to omit, though maybe it falls into the "abraded nude" category--  is what I see ALL the time-- the female nude, spread-eagle on a big huge boulder out West somewhere (I guess those boulders are out West; we don't seem to have them here)- and/or spread-eagle, though standing (tricky, that . . . or, at least I would imagine so), between the slender crevice of 2 big boulders, with the light just so.  I cannot tell you how many times I have seen that (well, the images anyway-- never the real thing).  I always wonder (1) where do men find women with such great bodies, and willing to pose nude for them; and (2) where do men find women with such great bodies, willing to pose nude for them, and who have such great balance?

Speaking of passion, I found a guide of nude composition faux pas(s) in my copy of Mortensen's "The Model" that one can find either funny because you've avoided these, or infuriating if your aesthetic is featured, because, like political perceptions, it all depends on where you're coming from.
So go and shoot some nudes and don't break the rules! Haha!

See, it all comes back to photography.
