Mark, For such things I use a scrap of cotton fabric from a well worn pillow or some such finely woven fabric. Put a small pile of the dusting powder in the center of the fabric and pull up the edges of the fabric and gather together. Tie the gathered edges with a rubber band. Store in a sealed jelly jar to keep out moisture. When using hold over the paper and shake up and down gently.
