I wanted to mention that about half of those pictures were with the
process I described earlier in response to inquiries by Loris.  The
others were done on various layering of stucco and/or spackle.  It is
pretty easy, even at the low resolution, to detect which is which.

there are some interesting craquelure effects that happen occasionally
with the plaster substrates that you can see in these details.
