A google search found an article at:
http://www.2000net.com/fujifilm/perera/
This has a link to the original at Fuji.com but it comes up
"forbidden". Probably you have to be registered there.
The article doesn't really say much except that Perera
evidently doesn't want to make the process public and is
"negotiating" with someone to make kits available.
