what inks to use for cyan/process =?UTF-8?Q?blue=3F?=

I do photo-intaglio printing (with photopolymer plates), and I'd like to
try multi-plate color prints. I have Phthalo Blue, Ultramarine Blue and
Cerulean Blue inks available. I'm wondering which of these, or combination
of these, would work as Cyan or Process Blue ink? Again this is a print
process, not photo process.
