Thanks, I did find a few pages when I tried googling "Smart Forex."

I gather it's a printable foam board  that's intended for outdoor  
advertising.  It comes in two thicknesses, 5 mm and 10 mm.

I get the sense it's not available in the US, at least the few pages  
that came up were all based in Europe.
