Sam, FWIW, I use an even stronger acid (in a stronger concentration, 5%
hydrochloric acid) for 2 minutes in order to neutralize new stock Fabriano
Artistico (both Trad. White and Extra White), and it definitely doesn't
turn into blotting paper. Strange, because if I'm not mistaking, the pH of
some sensitizers (notably pt/pd) are pretty acidic. Wouldn't that rule out
the possibility of printing - with those particular sentizers - on most
papers altogether?
