What the HECK?  It is even $500 on abebook.com and it says it is "extremely 
scarce"!  Obviously it is a first run catalog for the show and a small run 
at that.  I had seen the first copy at B and N.  I think I'll have to check 
back and see if there are any on the shelves now and make a quick $440!
