I ordered one yesterday online from http://www.mcnallyrobinson.com/home  
($60.00CDN). They shipped it this morning, and still show stock.  They 
ship overseas, but you would have to check the costs.  They are a 
reputable bookseller in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  I have no 
connection with them.
