Many of you are aware of the F295 Symposium May 28-31, 2009 in Pittsburgh PA USA. Today I'm excited to inform you that we're very pleased to be welcoming Christina Z. Anderson to lead a 2 day Printing in Gum Bichromate workshop to our agenda! We're extremely pleased to be welcoming Christina to Pittsburgh for this amazing event.

The F295 Symposium is the only event of it's kind which explores the ideas and practice of 21st Century Photography through the voices of practicing photographers. Coupled with the lectures is the F295 workshop experience which is unlike any other. It's an intense several days, graciously hosted by our partner Pittsburgh Filmmakers, in which many workshops take place concurrently. Last year it was thrilling to see Daguerreotype (mercury process), Calotype, Collodion, Salt-printing, Cyanotype, Gum, and many others all being practiced under the same roof - with different workshop participants interacting with each other/sharing at the end of the day and on breaks. Thrilling!
