Hello my dear, I am Mrs Julita Tuguinay a bonafide citizen of Philippines Wife of Late Mr Emmanuel N.Tuguinay of Philippines who worked with United Nation as a senior diplomat for years and hold other Political position in Philippines and Cote D'Ivoire before he died in the year 2007.We were married for 14 years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death I inherited a total sum of $2.5 ( Two Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) which he informed me about when he was in his Sick bed, This money is still in the custody of one of the leading bank in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire where he served as chief of UN peace keeking force. Recently l fell sick and my doctors told me that from all the test conducted on my health, i have only but six months to live, expecially, due to my brain cancer and stroke.Having known my condition, I decided to donate this fund to any charity organisation, churches or individual that will utilize this money the way i am going to instruct. I want the organisation or individual to use this money for children,youth and women development,funding of orphanages,disabled people,hospics and to fight the scorge of cancer and HIV/AIDS. I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives don't have the fear of God hence they have taken over all my late Husband Properties because l could'nt bear a Child for their Late brother.I don't want my husband's hard earned money to be misused by those who do not have regard for God, for their own selfish interest and in an ungodly manner. I may not need any telephone communication in this regard because of my brain cancer, and because of the presence of my husband's relatives around me sometimes. I don't want them to know about this development, but I know that with God all things are possible. As soon as i receive your reply,I shall connect you with my late husband attorney in Cote D'Ivoire and give you his details so that you will contact him direct and arrange with him on the best way to transfer the money to you.
