The new European Travelling Portfolio is about to
start travelling again. We have regular contributors from the UK, Japan, France
and Spain. And thanks to the efforts of one of out members in Spain, Juan Miguel
Jusdado, there have been two exhibitions in Carceres, Spain. Artists
contributing this year so far include: John Brewer, Alex Chater,
Geoff Chaplin, Hellena Cleary, Jean Daubas from France,
Peter Fredrick, Juan Miguel Jusdado, David and Jan Harris, Ken Keen,
Mark Pulling and Tom Sobota. The deadline for submissions is the end of
September. Prints are kept small, around A3
to keep postage costs down.
This year Geoff Chaplin has agreed to
host the portfolio with viewing on request, for the first two weeks
of the exhibition he is organizing in the autumn. The early details are: THE CLIFFORD THAMES GALLERY- 107
Clifton St. Floor 1, London EC2A 4LG. The dates of the exhibition are:
October15- November 15.
