Joao, Selenium toning is not a good idea (because of ammonium thiosulfate it
contains), try to find potassium gold chloride from a gold plater (which is
cheap compared to proper gold chloride compound - w/o potassium. 1 g will
make you 2000ml of reusable toner...) and mix yourself gold-thiourea toner.
You'll be amazed by the beatiful (and very stable) results you get....

I wish paper here were so cheap :(
It will work with VDB and Cyano.
For canson I selenium tonned my vdbs before fixing.
