Susan I broke my arm whilst a little snapper and now can do almost all with my non dominant arm than I do with the dominant arm... the doc told me Not to exercise it and I went ahead and did it anyway- it turned out well and maybe that is why I later became a Physical Therapist.... Practise makes perfect!
