Oh, I see.  Thanks.  I just saw Jeremy's post.  I use lukewarm water,  
too, and just let it soak for a long while, while I go do something  
else.  I've never used super hot water, but a few people have posted  
that using really hot water does something to that internal sizing, so  
everything becomes sort of mottled (?).
