Edward,
Not too bad for a start. As someone else mentioned, there is a problem with brushstrokes very apparent in the image portion of the print and low DMax. It could be that you are not using enough emulsion to coat or the paper is not properly sized for pt/pd and is sucking in the emulsion or that the paper is alkaline and needs an acid presoak—or all of the above. You might go with a paper that is known to work well with PT/PD and start there with your trials.
