[alt-photo] Replacing film silver with palladium

I am communicating with few retired  kodak research people and I became
awated of something new to me.
It is bleaching bw film and than replacing silver with few metals.
I want to bleach my 120 film bw slides and replacing silver with palladium ,
platin or gold.
Anyone knows something ?
