A local chemical distributor sells an ammonium dichromate product in two 
states:

1) Crystal form from the German company Merck

2) "Moistened Extra Pure 97%" form from Scharlau in Spain

Any guesses what the "moistened" product might be? What would the mixing 
realities be? Any ideas why I'm shootin' blanks? I tried plain text this 
time.
