fabrication du citrate de soude
• dissoudre à chaud 125 g d’acide citrique dans 200 ml d’eau.
• dissoudre à chaud 78 g de carbonate de soude dans 200 ml d’eau
• mélanger et compléter à 450 ml (pH 5 à 6)
