I like that idea, Denny.

  I use Lineco self-adhesive linen tape-- for the top hinge on an over- 
mat, and to tape the top two corners of the print to the backing  
board.  Lineco sells the kind of linen tape that you have to moisten,  
but they also sell this wonderful self-adhesive tape that's sometimes  
hard to find in art supply stores, though you can always get it  
online.  Not sure why you would use double-sided tape, but there must  
be a reason (?).
