[alt-photo] Amergraph V28 exposure starting point.

Hi All:
 
I got an Amergraph V28 and I'm looking for a starting point for  exposures. 
 I have both stained and non-stained negs, for  platinum/palladium, 
cyanotype and other processes.
 
Is anyone else using one of these?
 
Any pointers or words of wisdom, other than 'don't look at the light!'  :)
