DEAR PAUL,
I tried front and back loading without success...one of them doesn't
allow full format printing (I need every one of those 17X22 inches) and the
other does feed the film under the pizza wheels. I finally joined the Epson
Printer List and found the Guru (forgot his name but have it saved) who
walked me through a number of tests, cleanings, and options. The extended
drying time works just fine and I have had no problems since I started using
it. I have plenty of other work to do while printing each neg and as I
don't serve other clients, just print collectors, there is no need to hurry
along the printing of a neg. Quality and getting it right the first time
are much more important to me than saving a few minutes of negative printing
time.
		CHEERS!

Bob,

Have you tried frontloading the printer? It doesn't go through the "pizza"
mechanism that way...

Paul
