[alt-photo] Scott from 10 years ago , Ortochrome T

Hello again ,

Lumiere recipes tells us that panchromatic emulsion might be sensitized with
Ortochrome T. Ray Heath from APUG told me that someone named Scott had had
been bought 1 kilogram of Ortochrome Sensitizer when he was a member of old
list 10 years ago.
My friend wants to contact with mysterious Scott.

Anyone still knows him ?
