Hi Paul,

I'm using an old Kodak punch and I couldn't punch sheet aluminum that thick.
I purchased several samples and finally tried aluminum flashing which worked
fine, is easy to get, and easy to cut from rolls with a rota-trimmer. Best
advice is to test samples and see what works for you.

Optimally I would have probably preferred something a little thicker.

Do you think .025" sheet can be punched easily with a plate punch?
