Christina,

I bought Thiox (thiourea dioxide) at Pro Chemical & Dye 
http://www.prochemicalanddye.com/product.php?productid=16197&cat=0&page=1.  
This is a company that specializes in chemicals and dyes for people 
working with fibers and fabrics.  Unless you are planning on doing a lot 
of toning with this, I would recommend buying the 8 ounce minimum 
quantity.  A little goes a long way and, over time, the dry chemical 
goes bad.  The powder changes from white to yellowish.  I haven't used 
mine in a couple of years and I see mine has changed.

If you have Tim's book, I highly recommend reading his article on FSA.  
If I recall correctly, Judy had an article in Post-Factory also.
