[alt-photo] Xrite 810 densitometer

I now have an Xrite 810 densitometer but even though I have the manual I do not know what buttons to push to measure the densities of my 31 step tablet which I printed on Arches Platine!

Do I have to calibrate the densitometer?

I would be so grateful if someone can help me out by giving me a little (or maybe a lot) instruction!
