Hello Marek,

Here it is in French:

 Fabrication du Citrate de Soude
Dissoudre 120g d’acide citrique dans 200cc d’eau.
Dissoudre 78g de Carbonate de Soude dans 200cc d’eau chaude.
Mélanger les deux puis compléter avec de l’eau pour faire 450cc.
Laisser refroidir puis contrôler le pH (entre 5,5 et 6,5)

I can translate:
Dissolve 120g Oxalic Acid in 200ml water
Dissolve 78g Sodium Carbonate in 200ml hot water
Mix both and add water to 450 cc.
Let it cool and check pH (should be berween 5,5 and 6,5)
