Thanks so much for your kind words! The book indeed was made during 4 years of studying several historical and alternative processes, by myself, with help from my students. I was not doing this full-time but in addition to my teaching work at an art school. My aim was to introduce my Finnish readers to these wonderful processes that most of them don't know of... most photography schools in Finland don't have teaching of these processes... too bad.

hi,

yes, it's a very fine book. I saw an article of it in a  Finnish Camera-magazine and bought it  right away. I've been practising the the very fine cyano toning recipes, and been asking Jalo (too much :-) many things occurring  on the way.
