I started to wonder, too, but the book arrived yesterday (Monday) in Idaho!
The superlatives have all been pretty much used up, but I have to add my 
two cents' worth to the praise for this amazing tour de force! Haven't 
had time to do more than thumb through it yet, but it is gorgeous to 
look at and chock-full of substance.

Congratulations, Chris. And thanks for all your contributions and 
teaching to the alt community at large.
