Michel,
Il s'agit de Gelita, le fournisseur de Kleindorfer donc.
Le prix est identique pour les deux qualités: 13,20€ le kg, mais quantité
minimum 25kg
prix HTVA et hors transport, évidemment.
Ta source peut être intéressante pour quelqu'un qui ne peut/veut pas
acheter 25kg...
J'envisageais une opération comme il y a quelques années, en proposant la
gélatine aux membres...
