Hi Kees,

Now that you mention the smell, and taking into account the high bloom
value, plus the "technical" designation in the product description, it
appears that Kremer's is most probably a grade more suitable for glue
making; I had once provided high bloom gelatin (in form of small tears
/ drops / beads) from a friend who runs an offset print shop, and they
were using for bookbinding. It had a pretty strong smell indeed!
