DEAR JEREMY,
	Good question!  "Size matters!"  My Epson 3800 only prints up to
17X22 negs and I like to have 1 inch of clear film (black on the print)
around my images with no little lines due to the edge of the
film...tangentially related to matting in that I like that 1" of black
around my images.  Hence, 15X19.  In the "ol days" when I had my negs
printed using an ImageSetter the images were 16X20 because those babies were
VERY wide and could print much bigger negs.
