Judy,

I believe these tests should make everyone think a bit about
the old theories of exposure so oft repeated without any
real empirical testing. Still, what I did was a test for
carbon printing only, with my materials, in my working
conditions.

Please forward me the spectral specifications of the GE
Daylight and Cool White bulbs when you receive it. The
fact is Sam and I wanted to use the Daylight bulbs, because
that is what Phil Davis used in his tests, and because he
remarked that the daylight tubes had a decidely cooler
color than the cool white ones. However, the only thing we
could find on the cheap (at the Walmart) was the cool white
ones.

Meanwhile, hope others will conduct some similar tests and
let us know what they find.
