I was able to locate Mr. Reilly's ellusive book via a Inter-Library
Loan. Any college, university or sizeable library can provide this
service for you. To speed things up you should provide the library with
the books ISBN call number (sorry, I do not have that number within
reach). The copy I found was located at Weber State College. I don't
think anyone has to fear the copyright police if you make a copy for your
own personal use. However, any use of Mr. Reilly's book that smacks of
mass distribution, espicially for profit, will land you in the
clink.
