Available in at least four languages. The English edition was published by
Gordon-Fraser in 1979. These books don't do justice to the quality of the
prints.

Also the Royal Photographic Society in England. The MET in NYC has at least
13, which I identified for them. I think the PSA has a number of them as
well. Isn't there someone from the PSA on this list?
