Fish glue is made of the swimming bladder of sturgeons, hence sturgeon
glue. Isinglass and Saliansky glue are other names. It is a by-product of
the caviar industry. It can be purchased (at a price though) in Russia
with:

I know of suppliers in France but have no addresses at this moment. They
can be a little cheaper. The best qualities are glasslike, yellow(er) types
are less refined. Hope this helps
