Focal Press books are distributed in the UK (and I assume all of Europe)
by Butterworth-Heinemann, which is Focal's UK based parent. You should
be able to order books directly from them. Focal also has a web page:
http://www.bh.com/bh/fp which, if memory serves, you can use to order
books.
